1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Loxware ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Loxware software for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials. One account per person is permitted.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for: (a) sharing or leaking software, (b) reverse engineering the software, (c) attempting to bypass HWID or license restrictions, (d) any activity that violates applicable laws.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through PayPal in EUR. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the license has not been activated. After activation, no refunds will be issued.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime. Active subscribers receive time compensation for extended outages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice or refund.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any consequences of using the software, including but not limited to game bans.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
